We carry considerable stock of most merchandise and subject to availability of stock we seek to despatch all orders within 48 hours by Royal Mail for delivery within 2-3 days. Orders for delivery outside of the UK and orders placed for certain US ranges, such as Shirley of Hollywood Leg Avenue & Dreamgirl, may take up to 28 days for delivery. If we are out of stock on your items, and an unusually long delay is anticipated, we will inform you by email.
All of our packages are despatched in discreet packaging. Orders are sent by Recorded Delivery and will require a signature, we can deliver to any alternative address you advise at the time of ordering. Please allow for 3-5 working days from despatch within the United Kingdom.

Provided that the garments are returned unworn, unwashed in good condition with all labels intact within 14 days we will seek to refund your money within 30 days of the cancellation, excluding the original postage charge which is non-refundable. We do not refund the cost of gift wrapping, or gift boxes. Also due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on thongs, briefs, g-strings, hoisiery.

Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to Bubbles Boutique immediately at sales@bubbles-boutique.com. However, we do give you 30 days to inform us for a full refund or exchange. Bubbles-boutique offers a 90 days replacement policy on all faulty products. Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box for a full refund or replacement. Please clean items before returning. All returned products will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be working.
All items in our 'Sale' are of high quality and may be end of season, surplus stock or discontinued lines and available at a discounted price. For this reason, customers returning sale items, excluding returns for faults, will be given a credit refund only which can be used against a future order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
